As VP of Enterprise Alliances at Platform.sh, a second-generation Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) provider, I managed a $40M+ portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and infrastructure service partners. I worked closely with executive leadership to drive high-level engagement, oversee partner relationships, and manage escalations across key accounts. Through regular business reviews, incident management, and process improvements, I strengthened partner collaboration and enhanced overall service delivery. By combining technical expertise with a strong customer-centric approach, I helped Platform.sh deepen its strategic relationships and accelerate growth in the enterprise cloud market.

nexcess, Southfield, MI - VP Global Channel sales

July 2016 - December 2019

As VP of Global Channel Sales at Nexcess, a leading managed hosting provider with $30M+ in annual revenue and global data center presence, I built a high-performing global partner network of 100+ systems integrators (SI) and independent software vendors (ISV). Through strategic relationship management, joint selling programs, and targeted co-marketing campaigns, I doubled partner referral revenue to $2M annually by 2019.

Previously overseeing provisioning and sales operations, I consistently exceeded revenue goals — surpassing our 2018 channel program target by 35%. I also led initiatives that positioned Nexcess as the preferred infrastructure partner for small and medium-sized eCommerce projects, outpacing competitors in volume and speed of delivery. My leadership focused on driving scalable partner growth, operational efficiency, and lasting strategic alliances.

Nexcess, Southfield, MI - Provisioning Manager

April 2014 - July 2016

As Provisioning Manager, I redesigned and streamlined Nexcess’ order fulfillment and provisioning processes, reducing the average time to deliver client access credentials from 2–3 days to under 24 hours. I led a technical operations team responsible for troubleshooting provisioning and billing issues, supporting client migrations, and documenting scalable processes for onboarding and support teams.

In addition to operational improvements, I managed vendor relationships with SSL providers and domain registrars, ensuring cost efficiency and reliable service delivery. My leadership was defined by improving time-to-value for new customers and enhancing operational standards across the company.

August 2012 - July 2014

As Sales Manager, I built and scaled Nexcess' first channel sales division, recruiting and mentoring six high-potential sales representatives and establishing a strong network of SI partners. I drove the expansion of our client base across SMBs and Fortune 500 corporations, crafting solution-oriented engagements focused on eCommerce infrastructure and managed hosting services.
